Term of use

Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using EasyTube ("the Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform.

1 Use of the Platform:

a. Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years old to use the Platform. If you are under the age of 18, you represent that you have obtained parental or guardian consent to use the Platform.
b. License: EasyTube provides a service that allows users to access and interact with content available on the Platform. You understand and acknowledge that EasyTube does not own or host any of the content on the Platform. The content on the Platform is owned by the respective content owners and right holders.
c. Prohibited Use: You agree not to use the Platform for any illegal, unauthorized, or prohibited activities. This includes, but is not limited to, uploading, sharing, or distributing any content that violates third-party rights or applicable laws.
d. Compliance with Copyright Laws: EasyTube acknowledges the importance of copyright protection and respects the rights of content owners. Although our site is not subject to the laws of any specific country, we voluntarily undertake compliance with applicable copyright laws, including but not limited to Title 17, Section 512(c)(2) of the United States Code of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.
e. Reporting Copyright Infringements: EasyTube encourages copyright owners or their authorized representatives to notify us promptly if they believe any content available on the Platform infringes their rights. To report a copyright infringement, please contact us at easytube.feedback@gmail.com. Upon receiving a valid copyright infringement notice, EasyTube will take appropriate measures, including but not limited to removing or disabling access to the infringing content.
f. User Obligations: You, as a user of the Platform, agree to respect the intellectual property rights of others. You must not upload, share, or distribute any content on the Platform that infringes upon the copyright or other intellectual property rights of third parties.
g. Counter-Notification: If you believe that content has been removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with EasyTube. The counter-notification must be submitted in writing and include the following information:
i. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address;
ii. Identification of the content that was removed or disabled and its location on the Platform;
iii. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification;

Please note that filing a counter-notification may result in legal proceedings between you and the complaining party to determine the ownership of the allegedly infringing content. It is advisable to seek legal counsel before filing a counter-notification.

2 User Responsibilities:

a. Compliance with Laws: You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws when using the Platform. You agree not to use the Platform in a manner that infringes upon or violates the rights of others, including the intellectual property rights of content owners and right holders.
b. Content Usage: You acknowledge that the content available on the Platform is provided by various content owners and right holders. You agree to use the content in accordance with the terms and conditions
